My 4 week stay during this open studio residency provided the time and space to develop a cohesive body of work. The 12 pieces I created while there enhance the allegory of the unicorn I'm striving to evolve and share: the human soul is divine and magical.  My work is heavily influenced by the medieval Hunt for the Unicorn Tapestries at the Met Cloisters in New York and The Lady and the Unicorn Tapestries at the Musée de Cluny in Paris.
